💼 Salary: £50–60k DOE | Remote (UK-based)ABOUT OUR CLIENT

We believe pets deserve food that combines exceptional quality with everyday value. What began as a bold idea has grown into a global brand, with operations across North America, Europe, and Asia. Our success comes from passionate people who share a love for pets and a drive to make a difference.

We move quickly, act decisively, and work as one global team. Our culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, and international - you’ll be surrounded by experienced colleagues who are generous with their knowledge and excited to learn from you too. In EMEA, we’re writing the next chapter of our story, and we’re looking for ambitious people to help us build it.

ABOUT YOU

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced international environment?

Would you enjoy supporting senior leaders in a business that’s shaping the future of the global pet food industry?

We’re seeking an Executive Admin Assistant (EMEA) to join an innovative and fast-growing international pet food company that’s redefining quality, care, and connection within the pet community.

In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the right hand to the leadership team—coordinating across functions, managing key administrative and marketing activities, and ensuring operations run smoothly across regions. You’ll bring structure, creativity, and reliability to a business built on passion and purpose.

🔹 What You’ll Bring

  • A proven track record in administration, sales support, or marketing coordination
  • Outstanding organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Confidence with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms
  • Strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility and independence to thrive in a remote, international role
  • Fluency in English, with an additional major European language a strong advantage
  • Above all, a genuine passion for pets and the people who care for them

💫 Why Join?

You’ll be part of a purpose-led organisation where innovation meets compassion — a team that values collaboration, trust, and excellence. This is an opportunity to play a vital part in an ambitious growth journey while working with people who share your passion for making a difference.
