About New Limits
New Limits is a performance marketing agency for auto repair shops. We've worked with 100+ shops across Australia, the United States, and Canada.
The gap is our own acquisition. We spend $40,000 to $60,000 AUD per month on Meta. Our cost to acquire a client has trended up over the last 6 months and we need someone in-house, full-time, to bring it back down and own it from there.
This is an internal hire. You will not touch client accounts. You will own one funnel, ours, and you will own it end-to-end.
What you'll own
- All paid media spend for New Limits' own acquisition (Meta, Google search, YouTube)
- **Creative strategy.** Write your own copy and headlines. Brief our in-house video editor on what to film and how. Direct UGC angles. We want someone who decides what the ads should say, not someone who waits for a brief.
- **A disciplined split-testing program.** You set the test roadmap each week. Nobody hands you the list.
- **A weekly close-the-loop with sales.** Find out which leads are actually closing, refine targeting and messaging based on lead quality, not just volume.
- Driving CPA down and holding it as we scale spend
- Funnel-level work alongside our optimization team (landing pages, questionnaire, booking flow)
- Attribution (Hyros, already wired in), audience exclusion management, weekly written reporting to the CEO
- Building a winning-creative library so the work compounds quarter over quarter
Who you are
- 3+ years of paid media at an agency or in-house, with real ownership of at least one offer at scale. Experience across **B2B, high-ticket, coaching, agency, e-commerce, or dropshipping** all count, the craft transfers. What matters is that you've actually moved numbers on real budgets.
- You've personally spent $50,000+ per month on Meta ads and can show before-and-after CPA charts
- You have an opinion on creative. You direct UGC briefs, you don't just upload files.
- Comfortable in Hyros, Triple Whale, Wicked Reports, or similar attribution stack
- Self-directed. Nobody is going to tell you what to test next.
- Strong written English. You can brief a UGC creator without making them roll their eyes.
Who this isn't for
- Agency hires keeping a side roster of clients. This is one funnel, full-time, owned by you.
- Spray-and-pray testers
- Anyone who needs a creative team to hand them ready-to-ship ads
- Strategists who don't touch the ads manager day-to-day
Compensation and terms
- AUD $6,000 to $10,000 per month base, or USD equivalent, based on track record
- Performance bonus on top of base, tied to acquisition-cost milestones (top performers earn meaningful additional comp; structure shared at offer stage)
- Full-time, remote
- Working hours: AEST. No US overlap needed.
