The role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to help us enhance our excellent customer support as we expand across France and the UK.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be working closely with our customer success, operations and sales teams to provide support to new and existing clients in France and the UK. Your main focus will be on troubleshooting and problem solving in order to provide the excellent customer support. Additionally, you will be supporting the sales teams to improve customer retention and upsell our product, where appropriate, to existing customers.

Your responsibilities

  • Computer-based customer support
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving to identify the root cause of client issues and provide helpful, creative solutions
  • Producing internal and external resources, such as help videos and help articles
  • Building relationships with clients, helping them to get the most out of our product

Your experienceEssential

  • At least 1 year experience in customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Bachelor's degree from university (or higher)
  • Fluent in French (native) and English

Nice to have

  • Experience working for a B2B/Saas software product
  • Experience working with a SaaS platform
