Your Role: Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you’ll be the key contact for our clients in the Balkan region, building strong, long-term partnerships and driving regional growth. This role offers the flexibility of freelancing while working with a global tech leader.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all sales activities in the Balkan region (Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia).
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and support.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with product managers, marketing, and internal teams to develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of MSI products to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Your ProfileRequirements:

• Proficient in Slovenian, Croatian, or Serbian, with fluent English.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT-related role.
