Role Description

We are seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner for a contract, remote role. The practitioner will deliver individual-centered support by conducting behavioural assessments, creating tailored intervention plans, and providing consistent follow-up. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients, their families, and support networks while ensuring compliance with professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in developing Positive Behaviour Support plans and implementing related interventions
• Skills in conducting comprehensive behavioural assessments and delivering evidence-based practice in various settings
• Proficient in communication, collaboration, and advocacy with diverse populations
• Demonstrated ability in report writing, data analysis, and tracking client progress
• Experience working in community-based or remote support settings
• Relevant qualifications such as a degree in psychology, social work, or a related field
• Commitment to ethical practices and sensitivity to individual differences
• Certification in Positive Behaviour Support or related fields is preferred
