• Provide outstanding customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat channels
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and account management
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for efficient follow-up and reporting
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction
• Collaborate with different teams to address customer concerns and improve support processes
• Keep abreast of product updates and company policies to provide accurate information to clients

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer needs
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus
