What You’ll Do:
- Guide customers with Web3 social media profile setup via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with cryptocurrencies and connecting their digital wallets
- Educate users on platform navigation through various communication channels
- Deliver clear, insightful answers about platform features and advertising
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively
- Perform data entry and analysis across multiple CRM systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with Crypto, social media, Web 3.0, blockchain, and AI applications
- Fluency in English
