  • Provide top-tier support via phone, email, and live chat by answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding users with professionalism and care.

  • Assist customers with account creation while highlighting the platform’s key benefits and features.

🛠️ What You’ll Need:

  • 1–3 years of customer service or related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a friendly and professional phone presence.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a remote, high-volume support setting.
  • Basic familiarity with cryptocurrency is a plus (we’ll train you!).
