You’re an experienced Client Success professional (or have worked in Customer Success) who thrives in dynamic, results-oriented environments. You bring initiative, adaptability, and a proven ability to deliver measurable outcomes in client-facing roles.

About the Role

We are a digital education and media company that equips professionals with tools and guidance to explore new professional opportunities. As part of our U.S. growth, we’re hiring a Client Success Manager to lead virtual consultations, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality service in a digital-first environment.

This is a remote, independent contractor position suited to experienced professionals in customer success, consulting, education, or HR who want a flexible schedule and clear deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled one-on-one virtual consultations with clients exploring new professional paths
  • Communicate the value of our digital platform and services in a professional, consultative manner
  • Manage client interactions using CRM systems and other virtual tools
  • Provide proactive follow-up to maintain engagement and satisfaction
  • Identify next steps and resources to support client progress
  • Participate in optional skill-development sessions to refine delivery skills

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in client-facing roles such as client success, customer success, consulting, education, or HR
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently in a remote environment
  • Proficiency with tools like Zoom, calendar apps, and CRM platforms
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and results-focused approach
  • Experience supporting clients from initial contact through follow-up
