🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Support the implementation, configuration, and integration of IT systems and tools
• Conduct assessments, troubleshoot issues, and provide actionable recommendations
• Assist with system testing, documentation, training, and post-implementation support
• Analyze workflows and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and performance
• Prepare reports, presentations, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams on cross-functional projects
• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level (0–4+ years)

• Experience in IT consulting, systems support, technical business analysis, or related roles
• Strong understanding of IT fundamentals (software, networks, cloud, data, or ERP systems)
• Ability to gather requirements and translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, CRM/ERP platforms, or cloud services
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Technical documentation and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and client expectations
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
