Customer Service Representative - Remote

Currently we are looking for highly motivated people with great communication and interpersonal skills to join our company and be part of an amazing new journey. The Customer Service Representative will be assisting customers by solving business related problems and giving the most appropriate solution in a quick and timely manner

The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

The position requires coverage of the US Time zone!

Responsibilities

• Handling client inquiries and requests via phone and email
• Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained across all areas
• Treat customers with respect, following the company policies and procedures, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the solution/answer provided;
• Providing excellent and efficient service to all clients in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate internally with other departments, following up on pending issues related to customer's requests
• Handle complaints and issues where is appropriate

Requirements:

• Excellent command of English (C1) is a must - both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills
• Good attention to details
• Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience would be considered an advantage
