Senior Paid Social Specialist | D2C Performance Agency | 45k | Remote (must be in the UK)

A founder-led performance agency is looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to join their growing team. They work exclusively with D2C and ecommerce brands, and they want someone who's genuinely excited by that space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest, consistently hitting monthly KPIs and revenue targets
- Own a portfolio of D2C client accounts end-to-end
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to continuously improve ROI
- Champion creative strategy for your clients — developing testing roadmaps, writing direct-response copy, and collaborating with the in-house creative team to find breakthrough concepts
- Deliver clear, data-backed reporting and growth recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Identify and develop upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your portfolio
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in an agency
- Proven success managing D2C/ecommerce clients with monthly ad spend of £30k–50k+
- Deep platform knowledge across Meta and TikTok
- Confident using tools such as Triple Whale, Motion, Shopify Reports, and Agency Analytics to inform decisions
- Strong understanding of creative performance
