We’re looking for a Client Success Associate who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and supports the business through excellent execution and strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do:Manage House Accounts

• Contact inactive advertiser accounts to confirm status and re-engage where possible
• Clean and maintain CRM data (HubSpot), ensuring contact info, statuses, and notes are up to date

Support Campaign Success

• Act as a point of contact for house accounts, handling questions and escalating as needed
• Work closely with BD and PDM teams to support offer setup, compliance, and internal coordination
• Assist in enforcing advertiser brand and traffic guidelines

Quality Review (Pay Per Call)

• Review inbound call recordings daily (1–2 hours/day) for compliance and call quality
• Flag issues and report trends to the appropriate internal teams

Reporting & Internal Tools

• Pull and update reports on campaign performance using templates
• Maintain documentation across HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, and internal wikis
• Ensure reporting is accurate and delivered on time

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in client success, account support, or campaign operations
• Strong attention to detail and comfort using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, Ringba, and Retreaver
• Clear communicator — professional with clients and efficient with internal teams
• Organized, proactive, and reliable — you get things done without being asked twice
• Experience in pay-per-call, affiliate marketing, or compliance is a plus but not required
