With a dynamic and collaborative culture and fast career growth, our 250+ global team thrives! 🥜 In a nutshell As a Customer Experience Operator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Customer Success team, driving operational efficiency and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Your work will involve tracking key metrics, improving internal processes, and assisting with communication initiatives that impact both customer experience and team success. 🎯 The Responsibilities & The Impact YOU Will Have
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on CS metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and Effortless Score.
- Track customer feedback, support data accuracy, and ensure functionality of CS systems.
- Prepare presentations and insights for leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding processes and update the Customer Success Playbook as needed.
- Coordinate with internal teams and organize workshops to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
⚡ All you need is…
- Excellent communication skills in English and strong organizational abilities.
- Proven experience in Customer Success and Customer Experience roles.
- Solid skills in data tracking and reporting, using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with feedback loop processes and Customer Success metrics.
- Experience in the iGaming industry is highly recommended but not mandatory.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Customer Success platforms such as Gainsight and related workflows.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Slack, ClickUp, or Monday.com.
- Certifications in Customer Success, Project Management, or Data Analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills, including creating pivot tables and building dashboards.
