Smart DCC DSP SD-WAN

Deliverables

• required for SoW and to measure fulfilment of role.
• Describe the measurable activities and the stages which they are required to be provided
• Responsible for the technical design and implementation SD-WAN services to the DCC
• Manage/support/technical authority for customer circuit order forms to enable clean ordering process for VF
• Engage and participate in the full lifecycle of orders, supporting project manager
• Technical lead and participate in the delivery of circuits and SD-WAN services.
• Troubleshoot and remediate network connectivity during testing across environments
• Collaborate with relevant internal/external parties where & when required
• Travel to customer sites for meetings as necessary
• Produce appropriate design documentation

Skill set and experience:

Customer engagement and interaction skills

Ability to generate quality documentation

Excellent knowledge of delivering network designs, IP-VPN, Cloud connectivity (Azure/AWS).

Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP and routing

Good to general understanding of SD-WAN technologies ideally Fortinet

Knowledge of Equinix services e.g. Equinix Fabric.
