French IT Support

Location: Anywhere in Portugal

Languages Required: French + English (B2 Minimum)

Job Summary

We are hiring a French-speaking IT Support Representative to provide advanced technical support and ensure a smooth user experience. The role involves handling complex issues, supporting end users, and collaborating with internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer support via calls, chat, email, and ticketing systems.
• Resolve complex technical issues (third-level support).
• Troubleshoot application and system-related problems.
• Follow established support protocols and meet service KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ensure proper ticket follow-up.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

• EU Citizen or valid Portuguese residency permit.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months experience in IT or technical support.
• Technical troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of MS Office and internet tools.
• Knowledge of MySQL, Slack, and Postman is an advantage.
