Customer Service Representative | Treasury Services (Remote, 6-Month Contract)
Join a global custodian firm as a Customer Service Representative supporting the Treasury Services department. This is a remote, temporary opportunity (up to 6 months) ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in financial services or call center operations. If you’re passionate about client service and have strong financial acumen, this role offers a chance to work with high-net-worth clients in a dynamic, ethics-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to inbound calls from brokers, clients, merchants, and financial institutions regarding checking, debit cards, ACH, and bill payments
- Follow structured call procedures and uphold customer service standards
- Deliver accurate, professional solutions to client inquiries with high attention to detail
- Document all interactions and maintain records in line with regulatory and company policies
- Handle standard tasks independently and special assignments with guidance
- Participate in training and development to grow financial product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support
What You Bring:
- 1–2 years of experience in financial services or contact center operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Empathy and problem-solving mindset to resolve complex client concerns
- Familiarity with banking products and payment systems (checking, debit cards, ACH, bill pay)
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain high accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and collaboration tools like MS Teams
- Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to excellence and ethical service
