This role focuses on operational efficiency, compliance, and providing a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. What You'll Do
- Process recurring services to ensure timely patient order fulfillment
- Monitor work to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvements
- Resolve patient concerns by identifying issues and coordinating corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service
The Right Fit Is
- Customer serviceexperience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
Remote Work Requirements
- Ability to maintain a quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of background noise and ongoing distractions
- Ability to participate in virtual meetings with a professional, camera-ready presence
- Ability to demonstrate strong time-management skills, as well as accountability and self-direction
- Must be able to operate off reliable, high-speed internet
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of customer service or related experience
- Healthcare or insurance knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
