This role requires candidates to reside in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone and have prior experience in a healthcare call center environment. Medicare Provider Services Representative Location: Remote (Eastern Standard Time Zone Required) Start Date: September 8, 2025 Employment Type: Full-Time Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare call center setting
  • Must be located in the EST time zone
  • Availability for training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (4 weeks)
  • Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, including rotational Saturdays

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between internal and external customers
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain high standards of call handling, avoiding short calls, inappropriate transfers, and misuse of hold functions
  • Accurately input data during customer interactions
  • Navigate multiple databases simultaneously while addressing customer needs
  • Clearly communicate policies and procedures
  • Develop a thorough understanding of all lines of business and demonstrate technical proficiency
  • Deliver information confidently and clearly
  • Support the team’s mission to enhance healthcare delivery through consistent, high-quality service

Additional Expectations

  • Handle 70–100 inbound calls daily via autodialer
  • Maintain an average call time of 7 minutes, including documentation and wrap-up
  • Take notes during calls to ensure timely and accurate documentation
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, including simultaneous talking and typing
  • Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr. Requirements Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
