Join Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) as a Customer Advocate Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate and dedicated Customer Advocates to join our Customer Service Division. At DVS, you're not just part of a team-you're part of a mission-driven community dedicated to improving lives through exceptional service and unwavering support. The Mission As a Customer Advocate, you will be the primary point of contact for 50-70 individuals each day, guiding them through their healthcare needs with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism. From navigating PCPs and medications to coordinating appointments and benefits, your role will help make healthcare easier and more accessible for those we serve. Position Overview

  • Position Type: Full-time, remote
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST
  • Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
  • Environment: 100% work-from-home opportunity

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations or a related field
  • Proficiency in using multiple web-based platforms and tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Experience

  • Background in healthcare, insurance, social work, or behavioral health
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
  • Proven success in a customer service environment, especially in complex, high-volume settings

  • Start Date: Start Date - Monday, January 19, 2026, Hiring closes December 19, 2025 - get your application in early!
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift, Training 8am to 4:30pm EST; Permanent M, Tu, W, Th 8:30am to 5pm EST, W 11:30am to 8pm EST
  • Pay: $17.00/hour to start / $18.00/hour for bilingual to start; plus bonus opportunities
