For our client, we are seeking a Account Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on managing a large portfolio of commercial accounts through scalable, programmatic engagement. The Account Manager will drive adoption, renewals, and expansion while partnering closely with technical teams to deliver a strong customer experience. This is a highly cross-functional position that blends commercial ownership, customer health management, and data-driven execution in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Manage approximately 300 commercial accounts through scalable, programmatic engagement
  • Design and implement programs that support user adoption and expansion, including onboarding and education
  • Provide technical guidance and share best practices with customers in partnership with Customer Engineers
  • Proactively assess customer health and mitigate churn risk using product usage data
  • Oversee renewals and expansions in collaboration with Sales and Legal teams
  • Collaborate across teams to relay customer insights that inform product and marketing strategies
  • Monitor program performance metrics and adapt strategies based on results
  • Engage customers with authenticity and technical expertise

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles such as Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in cloud infrastructure or developer tooling
  • Demonstrated commercial mindset with success in managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities
  • Proficiency in using product usage data to assess customer health and identify growth opportunities
  • Strategic thinker who can connect technical challenges to business goals
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders ranging from engineers to C-suite executives
  • Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments engaging self-service users
  • Comfortable creating processes in ambiguous situations and thriving in a builder environment
