Position Description

Working in Kytec's Service team, the Senior UCCE engineer is responsible for the design, deployment, management and support of Cisco-based contact centre solutions. Technologies include Webex Contact Center, UCCE, PCCE, EIM, WIM and Remote Expert.

Responsibilities

  • Administration, deployment, implementation and management of contact centre infrastructure based on Cisco UCCE
  • Provision of recommendations around technology and best practice
  • To be responsible for clear communication to key stakeholders at client sites.
  • Deliver tasks in accordance with defined scope of works and in line with best practice methodology.
  • Provide mentorship and an escalation point for more junior systems engineers
  • Provide root cause analysis to ensure system stability is maintained

The Successful Applicant Will Have:

  • High level of technical expertise and the ability
  • Proven ability to deliver in a fast paced environment
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and learn new technologies quickly.
  • Extensive experience in UCCE\PCCE.
  • Desire to continue to develop personally and professionally
