Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Employment Solicitor. The Employment Solicitor will be responsible for advising clients on various employment law issues, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, preparing for and representing clients in employment tribunals, and providing general legal counsel on labor and employment matters. The role also entails keeping up to date with any changes in employment law and regulations, as well as maintaining strong professional relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Labor and Employment Law
- Knowledge of Family Law and Conveyancing
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in handling complex employment law cases is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent, with additional qualifications in employment law being a plus
