Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a System Support Specialist. The System Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and performing system administration tasks. The role includes monitoring and maintaining systems, diagnosing hardware and software problems, and ensuring that IT systems run efficiently.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Experience in System Administration
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and protocols is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
