Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a FIFA Football Agent. The FIFA Football Agent will be responsible for identifying and recruiting talented football players, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and providing career guidance. Daily tasks include liaising with clubs, managing transfers, handling media relations, and offering support in money management and wellbeing. The role demands strong networking skills and a proactive approach to discovering new talent.

QualificationsMUST HAVE:

- FIFA agent licence

Nice to have:

• Knowledge and experience in Football and Sports Management
• Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Team Leadership
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field is preferred
• FIFA agent certification is highly desirable
