Your responsibilities will include supporting the Client Service Manager in daily operations, coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs, and assisting in resolving client inquiries efficiently. Tasks

  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to monitor service quality.
  • Support the Client Service Manager in preparing reports on client feedback and service performance for strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client service or account management, preferably within the architectural and structural metal manufacturing industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong organizational and time-management skills.
