JAK Travel Agency is looking for a Travel Customer Support Representative who can give customers or clients clear, timely support while keeping records and next steps organized. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.
This position supports the day-to-day customer, administrative, operational, or business workflows associated with JAK Travel Agency.
What You’ll Work On
- Responding to customer or client questions through approved phone, email, chat, or online systems.
- Documenting conversations, requests, status changes, and promised follow-up accurately.
- Coordinating with the appropriate internal or external contact when a request needs additional action.
- Closing the loop on routine issues so customers know what happened and what comes next.
- Professional, patient communication.
- Accurate notes and recordkeeping.
- Ability to manage several open requests and follow-ups.
- Sound judgment about routine resolution versus escalation.

Position Details
Full-time. 100% remote within the United States. Associate level. Base compensation: $42,000–$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
