Market Intelligence Sales Manager

(Locations available: Remote - UK, France, Ireland, Ukraine, Singapore)

Job Summary

The Market Intelligence Sales Manager will leverage strong skills to support revenue objectives and drive customer relationships for Market Intelligence products and services. This is a direct quota-carrying role with aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate is highly results-driven, customer-focused, technologically proficient, and effective at building internal and external relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support customers and prospects in driving all sales strategy initiatives and achieving revenue goals.
  • Lead activities such as forecasting, relationship development, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Set and manage short-term and long-term goals and quotas aligned with MI Services' business objectives.
  • Provide strategic solutions and recommendations to advance sales initiatives and adopt new programs.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue key enterprise sales opportunities.
  • Review and update sales plans regularly with the MI Services Business Unit Director.
  • Oversee customer engagement activities to ensure alignment with departmental goals.
  • Own the outcomes of assigned activities, including costs, methodologies, and customer relationships.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on leads and opportunities generated by the BU marketing team.
  • Support the onboarding of new customers and ensure regular portal engagement.
  • Facilitate customer interactions with Jabil domain experts, analysts, and technical specialists.
  • Conduct customer and prospect meetings, both virtual and in-person.
  • Learn the full Jabil product and service portfolio to support sales efforts effectively.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in building and implementing new sales initiatives.
  • Experience in supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including delivering effective presentations.
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams, including Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Support, and Product Development.
  • Experience selling Market Intelligence solutions within technology ecosystems.
  • Proficiency with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
  • Strong understanding of how technology products and services solve customer business challenges.
  • Demonstrated success as a Sales Representative with a track record of exceeding quotas consistently over multiple years.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with director-level and senior leadership internally and at customer organizations.
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior executives at client companies.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant, broad-reaching sales experience, including direct quota-carrying roles.
  • Supply chain and procurement knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
