Position Summary

Jabil is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who delivers exceptional service to our customers while supporting internal operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Process orders, handle returns, and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
  • Identify recurring issues and communicate customer feedback to relevant teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (e.g., 20–25 hours per week) based on business needs.
