Role

We’re looking for an IT Systems / Network Administrator to join our higher-tier Help Desk / Escalation team. This role is the go-to for complex issues that go beyond day-to-day support. You’ll handle advanced troubleshooting, system administration, and network support to keep client environments secure, stable, and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an escalation point for advanced tickets from the Help Desk team
  • Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments (AD, GPO, file/print services)
  • Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, WiFi)
  • Manage accounts, permissions, and security policies
  • Document troubleshooting steps, fixes, and client environment details in real time
  • Collaborate directly with clients to resolve recurring issues and improve reliability

Required Experience3+ years experience in an MSP or IT support environment

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops, servers, and Microsoft 365
  • Working knowledge of networking (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, WiFi)
  • Proven ability to resolve escalated issues efficiently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly responsible, organized, and eager to grow.

  • Excellent customer service skills (phone & email)
  • Self-starter who looks for ways to improve processes & services
