Job Title: Client Acquisition Executive – UK Hospitality SectorLocation: Remote (UK-based candidates preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (Fixed + Commission, with potential for long-term collaboration)

Compensation: £25,000–£55,000 per annum (performance-based progression)

As we expand into the UK hospitality market, we’re looking for a results-driven professional to lead our client acquisition efforts across the region.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Client Acquisition Executive to identify, approach, and secure new clients in the UK hospitality SMB sector, including hotels, restaurants, pubs, and event venues. You’ll leverage your industry knowledge and network to introduce iGent’s innovative AI solutions and drive new business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients within the UK hospitality industry
  • Use your personal and professional network to generate leads and warm introductions
  • Conduct outreach via email, phone, and virtual/in-person meetings
  • Present and demonstrate the value of iGent’s AI automation solutions
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth onboarding process
  • Provide regular progress updates and market feedback

Requirements

  • Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development (preferably within hospitality)
  • Strong network and relationships in the UK hospitality SMB market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or tech solutions is a plus

CompensationFirst Month: Fixed base pay + 10% commission on deals closed

Note: The first month’s salary will only be paid if at least one client is brought in during that month. If no clients are acquired, no salary or commission will be paid, and the contract will not continue.
