Account Director

A creative, artistic and venture-driven universe built between human and AI, offering high-end services for brands. HUMAN Universe is expanding our business into Norway, and we’re now looking for an Account Director to lead our growth in the Norwegian market.

HUMAN Universe consists of three core legs:

• HUMAN Agency — branding, identity, strategy and concept development

• HUMAN Production — IRL & AI-driven photography, film, editorial content and visual worlds

• HUMAN Venture — partnering with startups to build what’s next

We’re a little over one year old and already working with major clients in Sweden. We recently launched Human Production to strengthen our production offering. With a world-class team in design, production, tech and creative direction, we’re ready to grow in Norway — a market known for strong brands, premium lifestyle companies and innovation-driven sectors.

The Role – Account Director (Commission-Based)

You will lead our expansion in Norway by securing new partnerships, building long-term relationships and connecting companies with HUMAN Agency, HUMAN Production or HUMAN Venture.

Your mission

• Identify and connect with the right Norwegian brands

• Drive new business and open doors to premium clients

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Represent HUMAN Universe with clarity and professionalism

• Match client needs with the right services across our universe

• Support the strategic growth of our Norwegian presence

This role suits someone with strong commercial intuition, a passion for creativity and AI, and an existing network in branding, lifestyle, tech or creative industries in Norway.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Sales or New Business

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Background in branding, production, marketing or creative industries

• Self-driven, ambitious and results-oriented

• A strong Norwegian network is a major plus
