Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing and maintaining client relationships, handling inquiries, and resolving issues. They will also be responsible for tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- Experience in sales tracking and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
