Account Executive – Aviation SaaS (APAC)
Location: Remote – Australia
Salary: Base $85K–$95K USD + commission on a $500K quota, with OTE $140K–$155K USD

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team selling aviation software solutions, including safety management systems, operational, and dispatch software, to fleet operators of all sizes, from single helicopters to large commercial aircraft operations. This is a new business–focused role where the candidate will self-generate leads while leveraging marketing support and participating in industry trade shows, conferences, and client meetings. This role is fully remote but requires travel to client sites and industry events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business sales in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at fleet operators.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Attend industry events and client meetings to generate leads and represent the company.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Proven experience selling into the aviation sector, ideally to fleet operators.
• Experience in software sales is preferred; strong candidates with other relevant aviation sales experience will also be considered.
• Self-motivated with a track record of generating and closing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortably working remotely and managing a large geographic territory.
• Willing and able to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish or French, are a plus.
What We’re Looking For
• 3–5+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience
• Strong aviation industry experience (essential)
• Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing accounts
• Experience in B2B SaaS environments
• Confident managing commercial conversations and renewals
• Ability to influence stakeholders at operational and executive levels
• Strong organisational skills and commercial awareness
• Comfortable working in a remote, cross-functional environment
