🖥️ We’re Hiring: Service Desk Analyst
📍 Remote (Australia)🕒 Full-Time💼 Level: Analyst (Junior–Mid-Level)We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy troubleshooting, helping users, and working in a structured, remote-first IT support environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for IT support requests via ticketing systems, email, or chat
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues
- Escalate complex incidents to higher-level support teams when required
- Monitor, update, and manage support tickets in line with SLAs
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access management
- Assist with basic network, system, and application support tasks
- Document solutions, procedures, and knowledge base articles
- Deliver clear, professional communication to end users
✅ RequirementsJunior–Mid-Level (0–3+ years)
- Experience in IT support, service desk, helpdesk, or related roles (internships included)
- Understanding of operating systems, common business applications, and IT support processes
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
General Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple tickets
- Fluent in English
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time
