What You'll Be DoingStrategic Account Management
- Serve as the primary Henny Penny point of contact for major strategic accounts including KFC and McDonald's
- Build and maintain critical relationships that directly impact company revenue and growth
- Provide proactive service support to prevent equipment downtime and operational disruptions
Partner Network Support
- Support UK service partners on both proactive maintenance and reactive service calls
- Collaborate with distributors and service partners to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences
- Drive service performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives
Technical Excellence & Training
- Deliver comprehensive technical and operational training programs to customers and partners
- Provide expert troubleshooting support via phone, email, and on-site visits
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support field operations
- Perform equipment startups, diagnostics, and repairs as needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Service, Warranty, Quality, and Engineering departments
- Support product development initiatives with real-world market feedback
- Contribute to strategic planning for UK market expansion
What We're Looking For
- Technical Background: Strong technical foundation (engineering, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience)
- UK Residency: Must be based in the United Kingdom with right to work
- Industry Experience: Foodservice equipment or related technical industry background strongly preferred for rapid onboarding
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical service, maintenance, or field support roles
- Excellent communication skills for training delivery and customer interaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel throughout the UK
