The role is responsible for developing and executing strategies to recruit, engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle journey and be accountable for delivering growth to our business.  

The role is also responsible for producing engaging content that aligns with our tone of voice and that is receptive to our audience and company objectives.  

Within this role, the Social Engagement Manager will be responsible for: 

  • Creating and editing engaging and creative content that resonates with Health with Bec’s target audience and aligns with our tone of voice, attitude, personality and brand behaviour to meet our company goals and objectives. 
  • Staying up to date with social media trends, challenges and app features to implement strategies that will increase Health with Bec’s follower count and engagement rate across our channels. 
  • Creating and maintaining a content calendar and strategy to ensure a consistent posting schedule to keep our community engaged. 
  • Planning and scheduling content and brand campaigns, paid strategy, product launches, and events. 
  • Reviewing, analysing and reporting on the performance of social media content and EDMs, using data and insights to make informed decisions and improvements. Sharing these insights with the team to optimise future content strategies. 
  • Ensuring that all content adheres to the social media platform’s community and social guidelines and best practices. 
  • Developing and executing the lifecycle marketing strategy and campaigns to increase engagement and retention of our community. 
  • Building and managing comprehensive email and push marketing programs that include triggered and promotional campaigns. 
  • Critically analysing user behaviour and developing insights to improve our customer journey and increase retention. 
  • Working directly with the customer service team on additional retention programs once basic customer journeys have been established. 
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and increase retention. 
  • Providing regular reporting to leadership and executives regarding the lifecycle marketing program’s performance and direct revenue generation for the business. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE: 

The successful candidate for this position must have: 

  • Strong experience in lifecycle marketing for ecommerce business (approx 3+ years), with a demonstrated track record of driving customer retention and revenue growth.  
  • Ideated, shot, edited and posted content end to end, with clear examples. 
  • Demonstrated channel growth across Meta platforms. 
  • Proficiency in social media and task management tools. 
  • Experience with Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva/Figma, and CapCut 
  • Experience working in a Marketing function within a subscription-based company 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, and analytics tools. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving ability, growth mindset and resilience. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally. 

Ability to work full time, remotely.
