Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations, performance, and people management across our designated region. This role is responsible for B2B driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The Regional Manager will act as the strategic connector between local teams and the wider organization, ensuring alignment to company standards, culture, and objectives.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence, coach, and motivate teams to perform at their best.
Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership & People Management
- Lead, coach, and develop regional teams to achieve high performance and operational excellence.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture aligned with company values.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
- Support onboarding, and development initiatives for regional talent.
Operational & Business Management
- Oversee daily B2B operations across the region to ensure efficiency, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies.
- Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and execute regional action plans to exceed KPIs and business objectives.
- Ensure all operational processes are followed and consistently improved where needed.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, representing the region with professionalism and credibility.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.
- Act as the primary escalation point for the region, providing clear communication and timely solutions.
Financial & Performance Oversight
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial targets responsibly.
- Monitor key performance metrics and deliver monthly reporting to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimisation within the region.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Provide input on regional strategy based on market conditions, customer insights, and performance data.
- Lead the implementation of new projects, processes, and initiatives across the region.
- Support change management activities and ensure successful rollouts of new programs.
Required Skills and ExperienceEssential Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a Regional Manager or multi-site leadership role.
- Strong background in operations, business management, or people leadership.
- Demonstrated success in developing teams and achieving performance targets.
- Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and regional reporting.

- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, using data to drive decisions.
