Senior Software Implementation and Support Specialist

We are working with a specialised IT system house focused on intelligent document and information management solutions, helping companies digitalise and streamline their processes while meeting high data protection and compliance standards. The Role

• Install, configure, and implement software solutions remotely
• Execute customer projects including customisation and workflow design
• Provide technical support and care for existing customers via remote maintenance
• Create and maintain VB.NET scripts
• Conduct database queries using SQL
• Analyze and resolve technical issues
• Contribute to the further development of solutions and processes

What You'll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a comparable role
• Strong proficiency in VB.NET Scripting
• Experience with databases and SQL queries
• Experience with Document Workflow and Output Management systems is a plus
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work ethic
• Enjoy direct customer contact (remote)
