Key Account Manager Automotive

For one of our clients — a leading international specialist in high-performance polyamides — we are looking for a Key Account Manager.

Our client is recognized for excellence in developing and producing advanced polymers and creating innovative system solutions for customers around the globe. 🌍

Your Responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand our international customer base in the automotive sector
• Develop new applications for the polyamide product range
• Provide technical and commercial customer support and manage international projects
• Create and implement short-, medium-, and long-term plans
• Achieve corporate goals

Your Profile:

• Degree in plastics engineering, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of sales tools and experience in direct customer interaction
• Experience in the automotive and plastics industries
• Expertise in injection molding
• High level of initiative, commitment, and an independent, structured working style
• Results-oriented mindset and action, along with resilience and assertiveness
• Clear, goal-oriented communication skills
• Fluent Polish and very good command of English
• Willingness to travel from your home office (approx. 70–80%)
