Executive Assistant to E-Commerce Founder (Remote)

I'm the founder of a fast-growing e-commerce brand and I'm hiring a full-time Executive Assistant to help me stay focused, organized, and efficient.

This role is for someone who thrives in a remote environment, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and has the judgment to act as a true extension of me. You’ll manage email, Slack, WeChat, ClickUp, and my calendar. You'll follow up on tasks, filter noise, protect my time, and assist with both personal and business responsibilities.

What You'll Do

• Triage and manage communication (email, Slack, WeChat, etc.)
• Manage and optimize my calendar (schedule, reschedule, time-blocking)
• Follow up on ClickUp tasks, reminders, and deliverables
• Be a gatekeeper — protect focus, reduce distractions, and escalate what matters
• Handle logistics (book travel, coordinate with vendors, assist with purchases)
• Support with occasional research, projects, and internal documentation
• Assist with some personal tasks as needed

You're a Fit If You:

• Have 3+ years experience as a remote EA or supporting a founder/executive
• Write and speak exceptional English — clear, concise, and professional communication is non-negotiable
• Are extremely organized, reliable, and self-managed
• Can handle confidential information with maturity and discretion
• Know how to navigate Gmail, Google Calendar, ClickUp, Slack, Google Drive
• Can work U.S.-friendly hours (EST overlap required)

Bonus If You:

• Have worked in e-commerce or remote founder-led environments
• Are based in Eastern Europe or LATAM
• Are familiar with WeChat or Chinese (not required)
• Have experience tightening up SOPs, manuals, or internal docs

Location

Remote – Eastern Europe or Latin America preferred

Must be able to work with strong overlap to U.S. Eastern or Central Time

Compensation

Full-time role

• $2,000–$3,000 USD/month, depending on experience and location
