AI Product Portfolio Manager - Job SpecificationGrade -Senior ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking an exceptional AI Product Portfolio Manager to join our consulting practice, driving the development and deployment of a portfolio of cutting-edge AI solutions for our clients across consumer products, retail, health, life sciences, and energy sectors. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and stakeholder management excellence to transform complex business challenges into scalable AI products. • Define and drive AI product strategy aligned with client business objectives and industry-specific challenges
• Identify opportunities for a portfolio of AI/ML Products that deliver measurable business value
• Develop AI product portfolio roadmaps that balance innovation with practical implementation considerations and
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic priorities into clear, actionable technical specifications
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions and present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences with clarity and impact
• Manage expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout delivery
• Lead a team of AI product managers across the value chain to manage AI product portfolio from discovery to implementation
• Lead agile product development teams in a consulting environment including management of product backlogs, sprint planning, and release cycles
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, design, and business teams
• Lead the preparation of compelling bid responses and proposals as part of solution sales lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
• 10 - 12 years of product management experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products
• Strong leadership experience of managing a team of product managers/owners
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following industries: consumer products, retail, health, life sciences, or energy
• Proven track record of successfully delivering a portfolio of AI products from concept to production at scale
• Proven track record in pre-sales cycle with ability to create compelling proposals including knowledge of creating commercial propositions
• Understanding of Azure Data Platform/Snowflake/Databricks
• Familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks and tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles strongly preferred with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent presentation and story telling skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
• Experience with generative AI and large language models (LLMs)
• Product management certifications (CSPO, CPM, or similar)
• Prior experience at a Big 4 consulting firm or top-tier strategy/tech consultancy
• Published thought leadership or speaking engagements in AI/product management
• Experience managing vendor relationships and technology partnerships
