Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Immigration Adviser. The Immigration Adviser will be responsible for providing guidance and legal advice on immigration matters, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and assisting clients with visa applications and other immigration-related processes. This role involves close collaboration with clients to understand their specific needs, conduct thorough research on immigration laws, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. The Immigration Adviser will also be tasked with staying updated on changes in immigration policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and policies
• Experience in preparing and reviewing legal documents
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to provide clear and concise legal advice
• Proficiency in maintaining client confidentiality and handling sensitive information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in immigration law are a plus
• Level 1, 2 and 3 would be required
