Commercial Account Executive – HCMLocation: Remote USCompensation: Up to $160K base + Double OTE

We’re now looking for a Account Executive to own a defined territory of high-potential, sub-$5B revenue accounts. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role where you’ll be selling directly to VP and C-suite buyers, with full access to marketing, sales engineering, and customer success support.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound to close — AOV $50K - $300k
  • Drive your own pipeline — 80%+ of your deals will be self-sourced
  • Sell to Director, VP, and C-level decision-makers in L&D, IT, and Ops
  • Work hand-in-hand with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success
  • Run workshops, demos, and present business cases in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to help refine GTM strategy and product-market feedback

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 2 years of on-target B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven ability to build your pipeline — outbound is your comfort zone
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quota in fast-moving sales cycles
  • Confidence selling to senior stakeholders and managing multiple buying personas
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav — and a playbook you trust
  • Hands-on, coachable, and hungry — you want to grow into strategic/enterprise deals fast
  • Nice to have: familiarity with cloud/SaaS, AWS/Azure/GCP, DevOps or Data teams
  • Prior experience in EdTech or e-learning is a bonus, not a requirement
