Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and motivated Online Support Agent to join our remote customer service team. As an Online Support Agent, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding support to our customers via live chat, helping them navigate our products, resolve technical issues, and answer inquiries in real-time. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the United States. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via live chat, offering clear and helpful solutions to product-related issues, service inquiries, and technical concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems, while guiding customers step-by-step through resolutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Greentech’s products and services to ensure you can provide accurate and helpful advice.
- Documentation: Log all customer interactions and issues within our CRM system for tracking and follow-up.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (technical support, sales, etc.) to resolve more complex issues efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customers feel valued by addressing their needs with empathy, professionalism, and urgency.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role, particularly in live chat or help desk settings.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written communication, with the ability to convey technical and complex information in simple, customer-friendly terms.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and live chat platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with minimal supervision.
- Location: Applicants must be based in the United States (this is a remote position).
