Position Summary
GiveBridge is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to
support the execution and operational management of client accounts across a portfolio
of nonprofit partners.
Working closely with the Client Services team, this role provides administrative,
reporting, and project coordination support that enables Account Managers to focus on
strategic client leadership, program performance, and relationship growth. The Account
Coordinator is responsible for ensuring client deliverables are completed accurately and
on time while maintaining strong communication across internal teams and supporting
day-to-day account operations.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Account Support
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Client Services
team.
Coordinate client requests across internal departments and ensure timely
completion of deliverables.
Monitor task progress, follow up with stakeholders, and confirm completion of
assigned work.
Maintain accurate client documentation and account records.
Complaint & Issue Management
Gather and organize information related to donor complaints and client inquiries.
Collect fundraiser and manager statements and supporting documentation.
Prepare complaint files for Account Manager review and client submission.
Maintain complaint trackers and monitor resolution timelines to ensure timely
follow-up.
Reporting & Data Management
Perform quality assurance on recurring client reports before distribution.
Maintain performance trackers and supporting data files.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client-facing materials for
meetings and business reviews.
Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
Meeting & Project Coordination
Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and supporting materials.
Document meeting notes, action items, and next steps.
Track project milestones and deliverables while clearly identifying ownership and
deadlines.
Follow up on outstanding action items to ensure timely completion.
Cross-Functional Operations
Coordinate with field operations and nonprofit partners on program logistics,
materials, and schedules.
Distribute internal communications, training materials, and operational updates.
Maintain organized records of agreements, approvals, and program
documentation.
Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure a consistent client experience.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in client services, account coordination, operations,
project coordination, or an administrative support role.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a
fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and performance
trackers.
Ability to handle confidential client and donor information with professionalism
and discretion.
Experience in nonprofit organizations, fundraising, agency environments, or
customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
