We’re hiring a German speaking Customer Success Manager (half-time) to join our team.

GetYourLawyer is a LegalTech startup and a pioneer in digital legal services in Switzerland. Our full-service platform makes it easy to find and hire the right lawyer. Clients receive multiple offers to compare, and all steps, from service tracking to invoicing and payment, are handled directly on our platform. We bring transparency, efficiency, and a new level of collaboration to the legal market.
To strengthen our team and further develop our operations, we are looking for a committed and hands-on individual to join us as a Customer Success Manager CH/DE/AT.
Your Role
As Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations and you get things done yourself. In our lean organization, this means you are both responsible and operationally active. You ensure smooth processes, support our clients and partner lawyers, and help shape how our business runs day-to-day.
GetYourLawyer is a highly automated and operationally well structured business. Our various systems will be the main tools for your customer interaction. The job requires daily attention but you are free to organize your own time and location.
Your typical responsibilities include:
- Full operational responsibility across customer service, platform operations and administration
- Direct interaction with partner lawyers and clients to ensure a high-quality experience. For instance, you will review client requests without offers and invite more lawyers to respond; you will train new lawyers brought on-board the platform; you will handle and resolve customer tickets.
- Continuous optimization of internal processes and workflows.
- Close collaboration with the owners on reporting, and prioritization.
- Testing new product features and providing feedback to the development team.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and translating insights into action. For instance, you will audit the performance of lawyers on the platform and identify those needing advice.
- Taking ownership of administrative and hands-on tasks where needed, in line with our efficient and pragmatic company culture.
- Preparation of bi weekly business and financial meetings. For instance, you will coordinate with our accountants to ensure all figures appear correctly in our accounting software; you will ensure expenses are approved and booked.
Your Profile
- You take ownership and enjoy getting things done independently.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and efficient way.
- You are pragmatic, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.
- You have several years of experience in Operations, Administration and Customer Success, ideally in a startup or dynamic service environment.
- You understand digital products and workflows.
- You communicate clearly and professionally in both German (fluent) and English (good level).
- You think entrepreneurially and have a sharp eye for detail.
Nice to have (but not required):
- Experience with CRM systems or process automation
- Digital marketing or product management experience
- Experience of legal or paralegal work
- Other languages
