About the Role:

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Engineer to lead the design, migration, and management of enterprise Microsoft 365 solutions. This is a remote position in Australia, offering the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Implementation: Lead the design, migration, and ongoing management of enterprise M365 solutions, with a focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain security policies using Microsoft Purview, Defender, and other tools to ensure a robust, zero-trust architecture.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert-level support, automate processes using PowerShell, and optimize M365 platform performance and user adoption.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Experience: 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID, and Intune. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential.
• Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102) or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
