Position: Account Manager (RWD & AI Practice):
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time
Client is looking for an account manager who can work closely with client teams, understand the work happening across data engineering, analytics, RWD and domain SME teams, and connect those pieces into a broader view of the engagement.
This person should be comfortable speaking with both business and technical stakeholders, understanding client priorities, tracking delivery closely, and identifying where teams need support, where work can be better connected, and where the engagement can expand.
The role will involve:
- Acting as a day-to-day client partner across multiple workstreams
- Understanding what data engineering, analytics and SME teams are working on and how those efforts connect
- Bringing together fragmented inputs and giving the client a clear view of progress, dependencies and next steps
- Handling delivery issues, escalations, and resource performance concerns
- Working with internal teams to improve team structure, ownership, and execution
- Identifying recurring needs, reuse opportunities, and areas where we can take broader responsibility
- Supporting account growth through a strong understanding of the client's business, data and RWD priorities
Client is looking for someone with experience in RWD, healthcare data, analytics, or data engineering environments, with enough technical and domain understanding to have meaningful conversations with both client and delivery teams.
