Junior Account Manager (Remote)
Location: Fully remote (UK)
Salary: £30,000–£33,000 base salary + bonus
The Opportunity
Our client is a modern software and digital tools business that helps growing companies work smarter by simplifying how teams manage projects, data, and communication. Their platform is built for today’s flexible workforce and is already used by teams across the UK.
They’re now looking for a Graduate Account Manager to join a young, social, and collaborative commercial team. This role is ideal for someone starting their career who wants real responsibility, structured support, and the chance to grow in a remote-first environment.
You don’t need previous sales or account experience — we'll train you from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building friendly, professional relationships with business customers
- Supporting clients as they start using the platform and expand their usage
- Joining video calls to check in with clients and understand their goals
- Spotting opportunities to add value based on how clients use the product
- Working closely with teammates through Slack, video calls, and virtual sessions
- Keeping client notes and updates organised using internal systems
